Admin Console
To access your Google Workspace Admin Console, you generally need to be a Super Admin user, in which case there are a number of useful tips below which will be helpful to you. Generally speaking, Lincoln Computer Centre also has a Super Admin user account for technical support, which means we share that role with you. There are many technical aspects to the Admin Console, please contact us if you have any questions or comments
Where are my invoices?
Open your web browser and login at admin.google.com using your email address and password
This is your Google Workspace Admin Console
Under Billing, choose Subscriptions
Choose View Invoices
Under Documents, choose the PDF Invoices option
View or print as required
Which Google Workspace product am I using?
Choose Billing then Subscriptions
Click on your subscription will which either be Google Workspace Business Starter or Google Workspace Business Standard
This screen shows you which subscription you are using together with a number of other useful pieces of information
What is the renewal date of my subscription?
Choose Billing then Subscriptions
Click on your subscription
Both Contract ends... and Plan Renewal will give you the renewal date if you have an Annual Plan
If your plan is Flexible then it renews monthly
How do I change my payment method?
Choose Billing then Subscriptions
Click on your subscription
Choose View payment methods
Choose Add payment method
When you have two payment methods, you can delete the previous payment method
If you only have one payment method it cannot be deleted
How do I add a user?
Unless you have a spare licence available, you will need to purchase another subscription
If you are on an Annual Plan, the new subscription will be co-termed with your current subscriptions so they renew at the same time
Note that once a new subscription has been purchased on an Annual Plan, it can only be removed at the time or renewal
If your plan is Flexible, then you can add and remove users monthly
Choose Billing then Subscriptions
Click on your subscription
Choose Purchase more but only if you have 0 available
Read the page carefully so that you understand the implications of adding another subscription
Usually, you will only be adding one extra subsction, choose Continue and then Confirm
Choose Directory then Users
Choose Add new user
Enter the appropriate details and then Confirm
How do I delete a user?
