Google Workspace Notifications
Now that Google insists that Google Workspace customers pay them direct for their subscriptions via credit card or PayPal, our Super Admin support role now includes monitoring communications from Google to each of our customers including the following
Payment failure: Google Workspace
Secure your Google Admin account
Approaching pooled storage limit
Your Google Workspace monthly invoice is available
Payment Failure: Google Workspace GW 6/5/24
Go to the admin console for your Google Workspace service admin.google.com
If Google sent the Payment Failure email to you, then you are a Super Admin on your Google account
You may see the folloiwng notification, choose Do This Later for now
Frome the Home screen, choose Manage payment method
This will display the current payment method which may offer a reason for the payment failure
If payment has been declined, choose Fix which will process the payment again
If there are sufficient funds, the payment will be completed
If the payment method has expired choose Add payment method
You can have more than one payment method if you prefer
When complete, choose Subscriptions from the menu at left of screen to confirm
